RFP-TA-06012022-DSM - DE LEON STATUE MEMORIAL

The City of Victoria seeks a professional artist to provide a proposal containing the
following:
• Renderings or drawings of (2) bronze statues of our founders Martín De León and
Patricia de la Garza De León. 
• These renderings are to be full life size drawings. The statues are to be cast bronze,
standing side by side. The traits of the statues should be as follows:
o Martín De León depicted at a height of 6’2” and age of 53.
o Patricia de la Garza De León depicted at a height of 5'8" and age of 47.
o Both should be depicted dressed in clothing of Mexican aristocratic style in
1824.
