The selected respondent contractor shall manufacture and install the Entryway Sign for the Victoria Dog Park as detailed and specified on the attached Plan Sheet A and Plan Sheet B.
NOTE: THESE ARE PRELIMINARY DIMENSIONS AND NOT READY FOR PERMITTING.
• The Entryway sign improvements, as detailed and specified on Plan Sheet A, the sign’s width (outside column to outside column) shall be 45’-8”.
• The Archway, as detailed and specified on Plan Sheet A, shall be 2 feet wide, steel in nature and lettering mounted “Riverside Bark”.
• The Column height, as detailed and specified on Plan Sheet B, shall be 11’-10” and the width shall be 3’-4” by 4’-0. The column shall be brick veneer – old rockwall by acme brick, but contractor has to submit brick samples for approval by the landscape architect.
• The Stone veneer shall be 4’ antique leuders stone by cobra stone, but contractor has to submit brick samples for approval by the landscape architect.
• The Bottom of the arch, as detailed and specified on Plan Sheet A, shall be 15’-10” above grade.
• The concrete footings, as detailed and specified on Plan Sheet B, shall be compacted subgrade to 95% max density. Use #4 steel rebar, spaced every other CMU cell, as detailed on Plan Sheet B.
