RFB-AW-09122022 - ENVELOPE INSERTING/ STUFFING AND MAILING SERVICES

Respondent shall pick up the City's documents constituting utility billings at the City of Victoria Print Shop, located at 702 N. Main Suite #132, Victoria, Texas 77901 and City's documents constituting receivable billings at the City of Victoria Finance Office, located at 702 N. Main Suite #100, Victoria, Texas 77901 along with any other material necessary to complete the service. Both the Utility Billing Office and the Finance Office will notify the Respondent once the billings are ready to be picked up. The utility billings will be on a weekly basis and the receivable billings will be on a monthly basis.
