RFQ-12082021 - Energy Savings Performance Contract Services

The City of Victoria ("the City"), Texas requests Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") from Energy Service Companies (ESCO) for interest in entering into an Energy Savings Performance Contract. For the purpose of this RFQ, "ESCO" refers to any entity that is qualified to provide an energy efficiency and capital reinvestment project that includes the services listed in this request (see Scope of Services) and meets the requirements of the Texas Energy Performance Contracting Guidelines. The purpose of this SOQ is to obtain a pool of companies that can perform the scope of services, which upon the City may request a proposal for services and enter into an agreement. The selection of an ESCO shall be in accordance with the term, conditions and requirements set forth in this RFQ. This RFQ provides interested firms and registered ESCO practitioners with the information necessary to prepare and submit their qualifications for consideration.
