RFQ-KG-41818 - Engineering Services for Local Drainage Projects

The City of Victoria intends to enter into contract with a professional engineer to provide professional pre-engineering services, on a negotiated basis, to address storm water drainage repairs.  The project scope includes the identification and limits of erosion repairs and preparation of a preliminary report providing options for the erosion repairs along with preliminary cost estimates.  The areas of the erosion resulted from high river flows during the Hurricane Harvey event.  The City is in the process of submitting scoping and cost submittals to FEMA and the NRCS.  The preliminary engineering report’ s intent will allow the City of Victoria to select an option that resolves the riverbank erosion in a cost effective manner.
