RFB-TA-10102024 - POLLING OF REGISTERED VOTERS

The polling of registered voters and associated communication services may include but are not limited to the following services: 
1.    Work with the City of Victoria and survey research firm to develop and execute a community survey targeted to registered voters.
2.    Assess current community attitudes among registered voters about client facilities and ongoing services related to them.
3.    Provide strategic counsel before, during and after the polling of registered voters process.
4.    Develop follow-up messaging and strategy surrounding the polling of registered voters process.
5.    Provide related communication consultation services, including development of written content, relevant communication deliverables, and timeline planning surrounding the polling of registered voters.
6.    Manage the development of the registered voters poll and identification of messages to be tested for sentiments about client facilities and ongoing services related to them.
7.    Review message matrix and summary of survey results.
8.    Provide guidance on potential referendum timing and ensuing strategy based on survey results of registered voters.
