Summary of Specifications:
The City of Victoria is requesting proposals from Lead-based Paint Risk Assessors that are HUD certified and licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services interested in providing lead-based paint inspections/lead risk assessments, and clearance inspections necessary to identify all lead-based paint hazards in owner-occupied homes in accordance with HUD guidelines. In addition, the proposal shall provide a structural appraisal with itemized estimating work write-ups for each unit.
