The City of Victoria, Public Works Department has approved the following manufacturer’s utility parts based on past experience and industry standards. 

Ford or Mueller Brass Smith Blair or Ford Clamps Mueller, Clow, East Jordan or American Valves, Ebaa or Ford Joint Restraints Ford or Smith Blair Tapping Sleeves and Saddles 

No other parts, comparable or otherwise, will be accepted without prior approval.
