2025-01 - FMA PROGRAM HOME ELEVATION GRANT ADMINISTRATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The City invites qualified respondents to submit responses in accordance with the requirements stated within this RFQ no later than 2pm on January 21, 2025. Interested firms may secure the solicitation package and all other pertinent information and submit proposal packages on Bidnet Direct at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/texas/cityofjerseyvillage.

Late submissions shall not be accepted. The selection of the successful respondent(s) shall be at the City’s discretion and shall be made in a prompt manner after the receipt and evaluation of all RFQ responses.


The City of Jersey Village encourages all Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) vendors to participate in all invitations to bid; including all HUB, women and minority owned businesses.

The City of Jersey Village reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any and all irregularities in any submission, and to make awards in the best interest of the City.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
Jersey Village is seeking to enter into a professional services contract with a competent consulting firm or individual to administer its Flood Mitigation Assistance Grant Project awarded through the Texas Water Development Board.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
There are two separate grant awards that require Administration Services. Each grant is for 14 homes and is to mitigate flooding by elevating 28 properties in Jersey Village to base flood elevation plus 36".
