The Nolte is a collection of buildings, added over time, with significant historical importance that is located directly off of Central Park. Fueled by the unprecedented growth within the City of Seguin and its location on the historic downtown City square, The Nolte building site is capable of expanding housing, hospitality, and commercial uses.

EVALUATION OF STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS
The City of Seguin will utilize a selection committee that shall consist of members of city staff and leadership teams, Downtown Business Stakeholders, Main Street Advisory Board members, and outside consultants. The selection committee will conduct a comprehensive, fair, and impartial evaluation of all SOQs received in connection with this RFQ as well as any proposals received during step 2 of this process. The City of Seguin will evaluate and rank the respondents based upon the selection criteria noted in Section 10. Should a respondent be invited to participate in the RFP and/or interviews as detailed herein, the City of Seguin and the selection committee will communicate all requirements at any step to ensure the process remains open and fair to all respondents.
