2024-25-18 - Writer & Producer Services for City Annual Report

The City of Weslaco is seeking proposals from qualified writers and producers to develop and produce the 2025 Annual Report in booklet form. This report will include a written section for each city department, engaging graphics, and biographies of the directors. The final report should effectively showcase the municipality's accomplishments, financial performance, and strategic goals for the year. The awarded respondent will also be responsible for obtaining three quotes for the printing service and delivery of 3,000 booklets.  The booklet must be full-color copies, between 20 to 30 pages similar to other Annual Reports produced by surrounding cities.  The city will pay the printing service of 3,000 booklets directly to the recommended printing service.
