The Edwards Aquifer Authority invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for construction of improvements which will control the volume of flow in a diversion channel between Seco Creek and a large natural sinkhole. The project will consist of a concrete retaining wall with a slide gate and include appurtenances to improve operation and maintenance access and temporarily divert stormwater away from the site.
