Potential 2018 Bond - Various New Construction Projects

The Georgetown Independent School District is requesting proposals from qualified Construction Managers-at-Risk (CMR) for preconstruction and construction management services for:
 
Various New Construction Projects – Potential 2018 Bond
 
Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2018.  Proposals (5 copies) are to be submitted to:

This will be a one-step process with the cost proposals and CMR’s qualifications included in the same submittal.  A pre-proposal meeting will be held at the above address at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 8, 2018.  Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory but highly encouraged.
 
The selected Construction Manager at Risk is to assist the District and its Architect with pre-construction and construction management services for selected projects approved in the potential 2018 bond issue.  The District will select one Construction Manager under this RFP.
 
NO LATE OR FAXED PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
 
Georgetown ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals at its option and to waive any formalities.
