ANALYSIS OF LABORATORY SAMPLES
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ANALYSIS OF
VARIOUS LABORATORY SAMPLES
HWWS has needs for periodic analytical testing of waste water laboratory samples. This bid will allow us to determine who to send samples to and what rate they will charge for analysis without having to bid throughout the year as the need arises
 

1. 1. 1. HWWS will send samples to supplier
      2. Supplier is to provide all sample bottles, coolers and other shipping materials to HWWS at no additional charge
      3. On occasion HWWS will send samples on Friday via next day delivery. Supplier’s personnel must be available on Saturday to receive shipments.
      4. Reports are to be mailed within 21 days after receipt of samples to Nino Quintana PO Box 1950 Harlingen TX 78551
      5. Monthly invoices are to be mailed to Nino Quintana PO Box 1950 Harlingen TX 78551
      6. Additional or repeat tests shall be provided at unit cost that was bid as well
      7. Bio samples may be sent out of house if in house capabilities do not exist.
      8. Bidder must bid on all items to be considered for award.
      1. Testing frequency will be per attached Appendix A.
      10. Testing definitions/parameters will be per attached Appendix
