Description

Hays County (County) issues this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit bids to secure a contractor to perform installation of a new location traffic signal at Winters Mill Parkway at RM 3237 Intersection. As part of the traffic signal improvements, the project will also include the widening of the pavement and the lengthening of existing culverts to allow for the installation of a dedicated right turn lane and dedicated left turn lanes on RM 3237, as well as a dedicated right turn lane and through/left turn lane on Winters Mill Parkway.
