The City of Lago Vista invites participation in the Request for Proposals (RFP) for experienced and qualified companies/individuals to provide all necessary design, construction and related services for a two-sided, single cabinet, masonry monument sign that includes both fixed and LED variable message panels on the east bound side of RM 1431 between 20801 and 20803 within the public right-of-way. There is no existing electrical service on sight. The proposal shall include all necessary permits, industry-standard warranties, software licensing, cellular communication devices and a lifetime data plan. While all details of the design of the sign, including the resolution and total size is at the discretion of the proposer, it is expected that the LED message panels will be similar in size and specs to the existing City of Lago Vista LED sign on Lohman Ford. All proposals shall be clearly marked as “LED Monument Sign (RM 1431 Eastbound)” and must be received by 3:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. The name of the submitting firm/individual of all proposals will be read aloud on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at 3:30 p.m. CST in the Council Chambers at Lago Vista City Hall, 5803 Thunderbird, Lago Vista, TX 78645.
