RFP 23-08 - RFP No. 23-08 Demolition and Remediation of Hazards at 5603 Lago Vista Way

The City of Lago Vista invites participation in the Request for Proposals (RFP) for experienced and qualified firms to complete demolition and remediation of existing hazards at the property legally described as Lot 1CA of Lago Vista Travis Plaza Subdivision, located at 5603 Lago Vista Way, Lago Vista, TX 78645.  The proposal shall include a plan to provide the required services along with a proposed.  All proposals shall be clearly marked as “Demolition and Remediation of Hazards at 5603 Lago Vista Way” and must be received by 1:30 p.m. CST on Thursday, August 17, 2023.  The name of the submitting firm and the amount of all proposals will be read aloud on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. CST in the Council Chambers at Lago Vista City Hall, 5803 Thunderbird, Lago Vista, TX 78645.
Proposals may be submitted  online through BidNetDirect at http://www.bidnetdirect.com/texas/lagovista; by email to procurement@lagovistatexas.gov; mailed to the City of Lago Vista at P.O. Box 4727, Lago Vista, TX 78645; or delivered to the Lago Vista City Hall at 5803 Thunderbird, Lago Vista, TX 78645.  If submitted by mail or delivered, three (3) copies of the signed and sealed proposal shall be addressed to the attention of Tracie Hlavinka, City Manager.

A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 3:00 p.m. CST on July 27, 2023, in the Council Chambers within the Lago Vista City Hall at 5803 Thunderbird, Lago Vista, TX 78645.  Weather permitting, the staff will accompany anyone with a desire on a visit to the project site.  All questions and requests for explanations, clarifications, or interpretations must be received by email to kristall.burke@lagovistatexas.gov prior to August 1, 2023, at 5 p.m. CST.  The City of Lago Vista reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to accept the proposal deemed to represent the best value to the City.
