24-188 - LA QUINTA GOLF COURSE RENOVATION AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

The City of Missouri City (“CITY”), Texas is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from
interested proposers who can renovate and improve the drainage at the La Quinta Golf
Course in accordance with Exhibit A Scope of Work and the requirements and terms and
conditions specified herein.
The intent of this solicitation is to establish a turnkey lump sum contract with one (1)
contractor to perform the required work which has an estimated budget of approximately
$5,000,000.00.
Interested proposers who wish to respond to this solicitation must submit the required
documents specified in Section 46 Submittals in a sealed envelope/package by 3 P.M.
