Summary of Specifications:
The San Antonio Independent School District, Texas (“District” or “SAISD”) is soliciting proposals (RFP) for Financial Advisory Services from qualified and experienced firms (“Firm” or “Vendor”) that wish to be considered to provide financial advisory services to the District. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the SAISD’s authority under Section 44.031(f) of the Texas Education Code, which allows SAISD the option to conduct an RFP for professional financial consulting services. All proposals will be subject to the terms, conditions, requirements and scope of services set forth in this RFP. The selection will be made based on the proposal providing the best value for the District.
