RFP-AT-16-030 - SAISD Extended Day Program (SEDP)

Summary of Specifications:
The SAISD Extended Day Program (SEDP) is structured using the “Texas Standards for High Quality After School Programs” with the focus on improving Academic performance. This program intends to supplement the school day with innovative academic, enrichment, and recreational activities that mirror the District’s Vision. The SAISD Extended Day Program will run for a minimum of 158 days. There are five campuses that will begin the SEDP on August 22, 2016, the remaining 62 schools will begin rendering services on August 29, 2016. The SEDP shall operate a minimum of three hours (3) on elementary campuses and a minimum of two (2) hours on middle school campuses on each regular school day in accordance with District’s School Calendar.
