Description

It is the objective for this Request for Proposals issued by the City of Sunset Valley (City) to secure a 3-year contract for professional janitorial services. These services will provide necessary routine interior cleaning and specified building maintenance services for the City. The scope of services covers all municipal buildings including City Hall (3205 Jones Road), Police Department Building 8972 SQ FT (3207 Jones Road), Public Works Building 4686 SQ FT (3203 Jones Road) and the Maintenance Garage 3074 SQ FT (2 Lone Oak Trail).

Contractor will use “environmental preferable” cleaning products when available. A list of products that the vendor will use shall be made available to the City, upon request.
All individuals performing work under this agreement must provide evidence of a clean criminal history check performed within 30 days of execution of this contract.
All individuals performing work under this agreement must refrain from use of city telephones, copy and fax machines, computers, fitness or other equipment while performing duties.
