It is the intent of Southwest Key Programs, Inc. (“SWK”) to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Employee Onboarding (EO), and Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) that will streamline our recruitment process, enhance candidate experience, and improve the efficiency of our hiring workflow. Our goal is to implement a scalable, customizable ATS, EO and CRM solution that integrates seamlessly with our existing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and other related software platforms. This system should offer robust functionalities including, but not limited to, job posting management, resume parsing, candidate screening and communication, interview scheduling, and comprehensive reporting capabilities. It also should have advanced EO capabilities to fit our organizational needs. We aim to find a solution that supports our organizational growth, complies with relevant data protection and employment laws, and aligns with our strategic objectives to attract, assess, and onboard top talent efficiently and effectively.
