2405-001 - Enterprise Professional Financial Auditing Services

Central Health and CommUnityCare wish to identify and select a certified public accounting firm(s)
(“Auditor”), qualified and experienced in the independent audit of governmental entities, federally
qualified health centers, and nonprofit organizations. The selected Auditor(s) will perform a
financial audit of Central Health, CommUnityCare, and the CCC. In addition, the Auditor will
prepare IRS Form 990 for CommUnityCare and the CCC. It is anticipated that only CommUnityCare
will be required to undergo an OMB Circular A-133 Single Audit per the current definition of a major
grant program. In addition, CommUnityCare requests services to prepare the FQHC Medicare Cost
Report and to provide benchmarking data with peers.
Because of the unique operating requirements of Central Health and CommUnityCare as separate
entities, proposed responses from Proposers should be as follows:
1. Central Health and the CCC,
2. CommUnityCare only, and/or
3. All three entities
Proposers can bid on any combination of options listed above. If bidding on multiple entities in any
of the combinations above, please provide separate pricing for each entity. Proposers are encouraged
to submit multiple proposals up to all three options listed in order to have more flexibility in the bid
selection process.
