Description

Central Health seeks to obtain Bids from qualified General Contractors. The project site is located at 7901 Cameron Road, Austin, TX 78754 and consists of three (3) buildings. Building 1 is two-story with approximately 16,202 square feet. Building 2 is three-story with approximately 49,055 square feet. Building 3 is three-story with approximately 51,836 square feet. The buildings have active water and electric utilities. There are no gas services. Buildings are not sprinkled. Elevators and fire alarm systems are operational.
As of the publication date of this solicitation, the documents provided in Exhibit A have been reviewed and approved by City of Austin. Permits are to be issued to the successful contractor. The Contractor awarded through this solicitation must be aware and comply with any and all additional City requirements that result from the expedited permitting process.

Event Note

Attendance at the Site Walk/Pre-Bid Conference is a Mandatory pre-requisite to submitting a Bid. Bids received from Bidders that do not attend will be disqualified.
Interested Bidders should RSVP to the Site Walk/Pre-Bid Conference at CHpurchasing@centralhealth.net. Interested out-of-town Bidders may send their subcontractors. An attendance log will be circulating at the event. If a Prime elects to send their subcontractor as proxy, the subcontractor must state on the attendance log the prime Bidder they are representing. Attendees must have their own PPE gear (hardhat, safety glasses, vest, and closed-toe shoes) for the Site Walk.
Attendees’ names and email contact information will be shared and posted on Bidnet and the Central Health Website to facilitate possible subcontracting opportunities. In addition, any questions received and answered at this event will be posted on Bidnet and the Central Health Website.
The Site Walk will also serve as the Pre-Bid Conference.
