The items listed on the attached spreadsheet (Attachment A) constitute the bulk of nursing lab supplies as identified by the user departments. Additional purchases of these same classes, categories and/or items can be purchased upon request of a quote from the vendor or vendors awarded. Multiple units of some bid items will be purchased.

PRICING:
Unit cost should be delivered pricing with shipping included in each price.
PRICING SHOULD BE ENTERED IN ATTACHMENT A, OR YOUR BID MAY BE DISQUALIFIED. BIDS MUST BE TYPED AND RECEIVED IN EXCEL/SPREADSHET FORMAT. BIDS SUBMITTED FOR QUANTITIES OTHER THAN THOSE LISTED IN ATTACHMENT A WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
TERM OF AWARD:
The initial term of this Contract shall be for one (1) year, beginning September 1, 2022. At the end of the initial term, upon the written agreement of both parties, the Contract may be renewed on the same terms and conditions in one (1) year increments, for up to an additional four (4) years.
It is understood that the price for the products as bid will be firm for the initial term of this Contract. In the event that Texas Woman’s University exercises the option to extend the term, the Contractor(s) agrees to negotiate any price increase requested, and to supply to Texas Woman’s University adequate pertinent documentation to support any such increase. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, in no event shall said price increase exceed 2% of the previous year’s price.
