Description

TWU is seeking proposals from responsive and responsible proposer(s) for Rental of Laundry Equipment in accordance with the requirements/conditions set forth in the Sealed Proposal Request No. RFP-731-22-014-KV.

The Vendor shall manage and operate the University’s laundry services program in a professional manner, providing the very highest caliber of laundry services to the University community. The Vendor will provide a minimum of 169 machines, plus any additional residence facilities that may be occupied during the term of the contract. See Attachment A for a listing of current equipment in current areas.-Guinn Hall – 15 washers, 14 dryers, Stark Hall – 12 washers, 12 dryers, Lowry Woods – 21 washers, 21 dryers, Parliament Village – 36 washers, 36 dryers, Dining Hall – 1 washer, 1 dryer.
