TWU is seeking proposals from responsive and responsible proposer(s) for Student Testing System for College of Nursing in accordance with the requirements/conditions set forth in the Sealed Proposal Request No. RFP-731-22-024.

The College of Nursing teaching and learning strategies are changing with the needs of students and our clinical partners. More of our programs are going online and there is great need to be able to deliver timely and effective assessments in a safe, secure and efficient manner to students with or without proctoring. We need a testing product that provides on-demand, easy, with shared access to psychometrically sound and legally defensible test items measured by electronic testing
