MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING:
University will hold a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on TEAMS at 1:00 p.m., Central Prevailing Time, on Monday, October 19, 2021. Attendance at the Mandatory pre-bid conference is required in order for a bid to be considered.
Only bids submitted from those Bidders that sign the Pre-Bid Conference Sign-In Sheet and attend the majority of the Pre-Bid Conference will be accepted. Responses from Bidders that do not attend the pre-bid conference will be opened and tabulated and then rejected for failure to meet the mandatory pre-bid meeting specification.
The Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will discuss in detail all requirements of the Invitation for Bid and provide examples of the types of work expected to be performed by the successful Bidder. Attendees of this conference will have an opportunity to ask any questions regarding this Invitation for Bid.
