MANDATORY Site Visit:
University will hold a Mandatory Site Visit at 10:30 a.m., Central Prevailing Time on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at the Preston Hall Building, located at 604 W Second St, Arlington, TX 76010 on the UT Arlington Campus. Attendance at the Mandatory Site Visit is required in order for a bid to be considered. Only bids submitted from those Bidders that sign the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet and attend the majority of the Site Visit will be accepted. Responses from Bidders that do not attend the Site Visit will be opened and tabulated and then rejected for failure to meet the Mandatory Site Visit specification. The Mandatory Site Visit will discuss in detail all requirements of the Invitation for Bid and provide examples of the types of work expected to be performed by the successful Bidder. Attendees of this Visit will have an opportunity to ask any questions regarding this Invitation for Bid.

The Voucher Code is valid for one four-hour session per vehicle per day. It will issue a vendor permit, which allows parking in faculty/staff, student, and resident parking lots.

OPTION B: There are several areas on campus that provide short-term metered parking. Most machines accept credit cards and coins; however, there are several that accept coins only. Visitor parking can be paid for by the Honk Mobile (www.HonkMobile.com) app available for free in Google Play or iTunes. In order to provide equitable access, metered spaces are enforced from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Friday. Vehicles are not allowed to remain past the maximum time period indicated.
