The mandatory Pre-bid Meeting and Site Visit will start at 1:00 p.m. in parking lot 25 (shown on the attached map) located north of Justin D. Wilson Batting Facility 1301 S Fielder Rd, Arlington, TX 76013. This meeting will then move to the Clay Gould Ballpark and then the Allen Saxe Softball Fields (shown on the attached map) located adjacent to the parking lot. Vendors must be dressed for an outdoor meeting, stay socially distanced, and be able to move from the meeting starting point to the meeting ending point. Project information will be located at parking lot 25 and a University rep will address attendees at each location.
