name/contact information of the bidder.
Bid Opening: Bids will be privately opened and evaluated. The owner and CM/GC reserve the right to
accept or reject any or all bids and waive any/all technicalities or informalities.
Pre-bid meeting: No pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this project.
Documents: Project documents, including Plans, Specifications, and Hughes’ Bid Manual will be
available on 11/26/2024 at the office of the CM/GC. Bidders should contact the CM/GC to receive documents and addendum.
