Park City School District ("District") seeks a qualified contractor to act as CM/GC (Construction Manager / General Contractor) on behalf of the District to administer successful construction of multiple projects. The work will consist of, but not be limited to, capital improvement projects including remodels, upgrades, additions, site improvements and other miscellaneous projects covering all scopes of work. The work will provide the District with enhanced and upgraded facilities to benefit the students and faculty.
