Piggyback Contract

Description

The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide the Park City School District (PCSD or District) with benefit consulting and recommend cost management strategies for our employee benefit plan. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a contract award to a single contractor.
The district is fully self-funded and currently offers one medical plan option (non IHC) with the possibility of adding an IHC option in 2025-2026. Employee contributions vary by plan. The health plan consists of 1 PPO plan and a HDHP plan. PCSD also offers an Employer paid dental plan, vision plan, life insurance plan, and LTD. The district currently offers other supplemental plans at the cost of the employee. PCSD employs approximately 600 full time employees. PCSD offers benefits to both full-time and part-time employees.
