Construction Cost Estimate: $86,650.00
The bid documents will be available 10:00 AM on March 28, 2025 on the BidNet Direct website .
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and site visit will NOT be held for this project.
Bids are to be submitted electronically until 2:00 PM on April 11, 2025 through the BidNet Direct website. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to ensure their bid reaches the BidNet Direct website before the closing date and time. There is no cost to the contractor to submit electronic bids the BidNet Direct website. Bids may require the uploading of attachments. The submission of attachments containing embedded documents (i.e., zip files, .mov, wmp, and mp3 files, etc.) is prohibited. All documents should be attached as separate files. Any bids over $100,000 will require a 100% Payment and Performance Bond to be included with the cost of your bid. Failure to provide this cost information may result in being deemed non-responsive.
