Ottawa County is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors with the demonstrated skill and experience providing compensation and classification services to public organizations of similar size and structure within the State of Michigan. Services performed under any awarded agreement include but are not limited to compensation studies, classification studies, position, salary and benefits studies, staffing and efficiency studies, workforce planning and labor availability.
It is the County’s intention to award a professional services contract for a single five-year term (5). During the contract term, a one-time comprehensive position classification and compensation study will be completed. The vendor will also be expected to provide, during the contract term, on an “as needed” basis, services to County Human Resources department.
