Description

Ottawa County is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors with the demonstrated skill and experience providing compensation and classification services to public organizations of similar size and structure within the State of Michigan. Services performed under any awarded agreement include but are not limited to compensation studies, classification studies, position, salary and benefits studies, staffing and efficiency studies, workforce planning and labor availability.
It is the County’s intention to award a professional services contract for a single five-year term (5). During the contract term, a one-time comprehensive position classification and compensation study will be completed. The vendor will also be expected to provide, during the contract term, on an “as needed” basis, services to County Human Resources department.

Respondents will submit an electronic response (preferably single-file PDF format) by email to: purchasing.rfp@miottawa.org with subject line of: “RFP 24-086 For Compensation and Classification Services”. The County can receive email attachments up to 25 megabytes. Proposal documents larger than 20 megabytes should be sent in multiple emails with subject line of: “RFP 24-086 – 1 of 2”, etcetera. It will be the Proposers’ responsibility to ensure that their proposal has been appropriately delivered and received.
