NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:  That sealed proposals for the furnishing and installation of a pre-engineered metal building system at the Spring Close Highway Well Field and Pump Station, Town of East Hampton, NY, will be received by the Purchasing Director of the Suffolk County Water Authority at 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, NY  11739, not later than 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, May 3, 2019, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are on file and publicly exhibited at the Purchasing Department of the Authority, 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, New York  11739, where copies of said documents may be obtained upon application.  You may also register your company on our website at www.scwa.com and/or www.empirestatebidsystem.com and request "More Info" on Contract No. 7616.
The Engineer has scheduled a pre-bid meeting at the Spring Close Highway Well Field & Pump Station site, located on the south side of the Long Island Railroad, 404.96’ west of Spring Close Highway, 81 Spring Close Highway, Pantigo, Town of East Hampton, NY, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on April 30, 2019.  It is strongly recommended that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting.
