NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That sealed proposals for Furnish, Deliver and Install New Covers for Existing Clear-Span High Boy Pre-Fabricated Structure, will be received by the Purchasing Director, Suffolk County Water Authority at 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, New York 11739, no later than 11:00AM, January 31, 2019, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents are available for you to download by login in to the following websites www.scwa.com; www.nyscr.ny.gov or www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york. Questions and answers will also be posted on the public websites noted above.
Details relating to the proposed work are also on file and publicly exhibited at the Office of the Purchasing Department, of the Suffolk County Water Authority, 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, New York 11739 where copies of said documents may be obtained upon application.
A Mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk through accompanied by an Authority representative is scheduled for January 16, 2019 at 10:00 am at 4060 Sunrise Highway, Oakdale, NY 11769. Each prospective bidder must attend the meeting and walk through if they intend to bid. Please call 631-563-0322 and arrange to attend. Failure to comply with this requirement may be deemed sufficient cause for rejection of proposal.
