NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:  That sealed proposals for the Furnishing and Installation of Pre-Engineered Metal Building Additions at specificied Pump Stations in Suffolk County, NY, will be received by the Purchasing Director of the Suffolk County Water Authority at 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, NY  11739, not later than 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on April 29, 2020 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are on file and publicly exhibited at the Purchasing Department of the Authority, 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, New York  11739, where copies of said documents may be obtained upon application.  You may also register your company on our website at www.scwa.com and/or www.empirestatebidsystem.com and request "More Info" on Contract No. 7698.
A Suffolk County Water Authority Engineer will meet the prospective Bidders at 10:00 a.m., April 16, 2020 for a pre-bid meeting.  The meeting will be at the Falcon Drive Well Field.  The Falcon Drive site is located on the N/S of Falcon Drive, W/O Oriole Street and S/S of New Highway (47 Falcon Drive), Hauppauge, NY.  It is strongly recommended that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting.
