SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That sealed proposals for the furnishing and installation of a pre-engineered metal building system at the Sunken Meadow State Park Well Field and Pump Station, Town of Smithtown, NY, will be received by the Purchasing Director of the Suffolk County Water Authority at 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, NY 11739, not later than 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on April 6, 2018, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are on file and publicly exhibited at the Purchasing Department of the Authority, 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, New York 11739, where copies of said documents may be obtained upon application. The Engineer has scheduled a pre-bid meeting at the Sunken Meadow State Park site, located on the north side of Route 25A and the east side of Sunken Meadow State Parkway, Kings Park, Town of Smithtown, NY, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on March 28, 2018. It is strongly recommended that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting.
Minority and Women Owned Businesses are encouraged to bid.
