1503 -Request to Provide Insurance Brokerage Services to the Suffolk County Water Authority Property/Casualty Program Broker/Agent Qualification Questionnaire
 
The Suffolk County Water Authority seeks proposals from Insurance brokers for selected insurance coverage for its next renewal period effective April 1, 2017. 
 
Prospective bidders are invited to download the questionnaire available on our websites: www.scwa.com; or www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.  
 
The questionnaire is being used to obtain information which the Authority will use in its broker/agent selection process.  These selected brokers will receive complete insurance specifications during the second week of January, 2017.  You will be assigned specific markets to avoid conflicts.  UNTIL THE WRITTEN MARKET AUTHORIZATION IS PROVIDED, NO INSURERS ARE TO BE CONTACTED.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.  All information provided with this notice and throughout the renewal process is to be treated as strictly confidential and is to be shared only with those organizations deemed necessary in order to secure a quotation.
