7912 - Maintenance of HVAC Systems - Hauppauge Laboratory - Oakdale Administration

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:  That sealed proposals for Maintenance of Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Equipment at Water Quality Laboratory 260 Motor Parkway, Hauppauge & Administration Building, 4060 Sunrise Highway Oakdale, New York, will be received by the Purchasing Director, Suffolk County Water Authority at 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, New York 11739, no later than 11:00AM, December 8, 2022, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. In addition, Bids will be accepted electronically, prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.
A Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting has been scheduled at SCWA Conference Room, 4040 Sunrise Highway, Oakdale NY 11 for November 23, 2022, at 10:00 am. Each prospective bidder must attend the meeting if they intend to bid. The pre-bid meeting is mandatory for all companies who did not attend the pre-bid meeting for contract 7891, held on September 23, 2022.

Details relating to the proposed work are also on file and publicly exhibited at the Office of the Purchasing Department, of the Suffolk County Water Authority, 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, New York 11739 where copies of said documents may be obtained upon application.
