NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That sealed proposals for Miscellaneous Concrete Construction
Work At Various Authority-Owned Sites in Suffolk County for the period January 1, 2022
through December 31, 2022 (with option to extend), will be received by the Purchasing Director,
Suffolk County Water Authority at 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, New York 11739, no later
than 11:00 AM, October 6, 2021 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
In addition, Bids will be accepted electronically, prospective bidders have the opportunity to
submit their bids via the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.
Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents are available for you to download by login in to the following
websites www.scwa.com; or www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york. Questions and answers will also be
posted on the public websites noted above.
Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are on file and publicly exhibited at
the Purchasing Department of the Authority, 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, New York 11739,
where copies of said documents may be obtained upon application. You may also register your
company on our website at www.scwa.com and/or www.empirestatebidsystem.com and request
"More Info" on Contract No. 7797.
